Algemene Voorwaarden/General Conditions

Alle aanbiedingen van kunstvliegen.nl zijn vrijblijvend en wij behouden het recht te allen tijde de prijzen te wijzigen.

Kunstvliegen.nl behoudt zicht het recht om bestellingen te weigeren of voorwaarden aan de levering te verbinden.

Prijzen

Onze prijzen zijn inclusief BTW en exclusief administratie/verzendkosten. Deze zijn € 3,00 binnen Nederland en € 4,00 binnen Europa.

De bestelling moet tenminste € 15,00 bedragen, dit is exclusief administratie/verzendkosten. Boven de € 25,00 nemen
wij de administratie/verzendkosten voor onze rekening.

Als de koopsom niet volledig is voldaan blijft Imitarus Musca eigenaar van het artikel.

Als de betaling niet binnen 7 dagen is ontvangen, vervalt de order en moet u opnieuw bestellen.

Leveren

Wij versturen de vliegen binnen ca. 5 werkdagen na betaling. (Tenzij het product niet op voorraad is).
Voor vertraging bij de TNT post kunnen wij geen verantwoording nemen.

Bij grote afname graag even contact opnemen via info@kunstvliegen.nl (i.v.m. met verzenden/voorraad).

Onder geen enkele omstandigheid geven wij aan een 3e partij gegevens betreffende U of uw order.

 

 

 

General Conditions

 

  • All offers of artificial flies are without our liability and we reserve the right to alter prices at all times.
  • Kunstvliegen.nl reserves the right to refuse orders or to add certain conditions to them.
  • All prices are V.A.T. included.
  • Handling fees and forwarding-charges (€ 3,00 in the Netherlands, € 4,00 in Europe) are not included.
  • The minimum amount of the order must be € 15,00.
  • If the order exceeds € 25,00 handling fees and forwarding charges are included.
  • Kunstvliegen.nl remains the owner of the products until the total amount of the invoice has been settled.
  • If the payment has not taken place within 7 working days the order will expire and you should repeat it.
  • The products will be sent within 5 working days after receiving the entire invoiced amount - unless they are not in stock.
  • We can't take any responsibility for delay at TNT Post.
  • In case of a substantial order please contact info@kunstvliegen.nl with relation to stock and shipment.
  • Kunstvliegen.nl will on no account supply any information about you or your order to third parties.
